Welcome to Yellow Bird Estate Sales & Auctions. By registering an account and participating in our auctions, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Bidding Eligibility

To participate in any auction, you must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid credit card. This card will be stored securely via Square and used for payment if you are the winning bidder.

2. Winning Bids

A bid is a legally binding contract. If you are the highest bidder at the close of an item, you are obligated to purchase the item at the bid price plus any applicable buyer's premium and taxes.

3. Payment

Winning bidders' credit cards on file will be charged automatically at the conclusion of the auction. Please ensure your payment method is up to date.

4. Shipping and Pickup

Pickup dates and locations are specified for each auction. If you require shipping, additional charges will apply and must be paid prior to shipment. Failure to pick up items during the designated time may result in forfeiture of the item without refund.

5. As-Is Condition

All items are sold "As-Is, Where-Is" with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. We recommend attending previews if available.

6. Agreement

By clicking "I agree" during registration or when adding a payment method, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these terms in their entirety.
